Finding a Reputable Dog Breeder
How do you recognise good dog breeders? Many dog breeds suffer from genetic health issues. Dog breeders that participate in health testing are an excellent place to start. However, there are other things to consider.
Good breeders want the best for their puppies, so most will offer, or even require, a puppy to be returned to them if it isn’t a good fit for your family. They will do their best to ensure this situation doesn’t eventuate by ensuring that their puppy buyers are well suited to owning a puppy. Many are looking for owners that have researched the breed and understand the commitment required.
